Robust Knife, not sebenza

That's a solid choice. I had a 0560 for a few years as a work knife when I was just getting back into the hobby. I really used that thing and sometimes had to ask more of it than it was made to handle, but it sharpened right back up and was ready to go again. I traded it and I'm now considering a 0550.

The Ultimate Hunter folder seems to be a 4-Max junior and looks like it will weigh in at $120 or so when it does arrive. My opinion though is 4 to 5mm blade thick is the sweet spot for a get nasty folder but the UH is 3.5mm, oh just saw your post now, congrats on the 0561.

Weight: 4.9 oz.
Blade Thickness: 3.5 mm
Blade Length: 3 1/2"
Handle: 5" G-10
Overall: 8 1/2"
Steel: Carpenter CTS® XHP Alloy
Pocket Clip: Ambidextrous Pocket / Belt Clip

Thank you. I plan to use it hard and put it through its paces (I say this with every knife though...). I tend to get a new knife and admire it so much I don't want to ruin it lol. But I got it at a good price so I mays well use it. How is Elmax to sharpen on a sharp maker? Is the lock face carbidized?

My 0560 is a beast of a knife. Elmax is pretty hard to sharpen but it holds an edge well. Lock face isn't carbidized but mine has never had a hint of stickiness, and the year I've thumped on it, lockup hasn't moved a bit.
If you like the knife but it's a bit big, I'd definitely look at a 3.5" hinderer, or a 0562 if you want to spend a bit less.

If you shop around you could probably find a Hinderer XM-18 spanto in your price range
