It is my new knife, with flat grinds, different than in general at my knives.
Is it acceptable?

steel - 440C / 3.9 mm (5/32") 59 HRC
length - 257 mm (10.118")
blade - 118 mm (4.646")
cut edge - 122 mm (4.803")
handle - black oak, red vulcanized fiber, nickel silver
sheath - leather
