Well,
I was at my local knife store and there it was.... the rock lobster in stock I couldn't believe it was finally here. I played with it and had to give it back due to lack of funds. Very nice knife seems like a Great little work horse.

How did it feel in the hand?, looking at the pics looks like it may be a little uncomfortable, what did you think of the feel of it?

Finally is right, although at 200, I'm going to have to want it pretty bad.

I'm mostly worried about the size...as I recall, it was supposed to get a 4 inch blade, which is a little large for me. Did it seem large in hand?

I'm thinking Ti frame lock and carbon fiber pimp job would be just the ticket for this knife.

We have them inbound. Already recieved the invoice, so they should be here in the next few days. We do have a waiting list, so not sure how many from this first shipment will be available for open stock.

It's still a little big for me, but for a knife so original I can deal with it. I'm curious how this knife feels in the hand--it doesn't look especially comfortable, but it's just one of those things that I can't say until I try it.

I am in love with that...katana-esque blade with the spyderhole in it. I want a poster of it.

Oh and Mike, how much are you asking?

I really ought not spend much money...I'm traveling to Vietnam in a month...where I can't even carry a knife (!!!)...but...eh...I've been more profitable than I anticipated....

It felt really good in my hand. It is about the same size as the military. The handle is kinda wide but felt really good and secure.
Gpknives has them on the shelf and ready to go.

Over 200 seems high for a VG-10 model, considering that a US made Millie goes for under 125.00. I am a huge Spyderco fan but when you start approaching the cost of a small Sebenza for an overseas made knife I worry.

We really appreciate all of the interest in the Jen Anso design. It turned out to be quite an intresting project.

We consulted with Jens frequently to get all of his input. In addition to being a fine designer and maker, Jens was absolutely a pleasure to work with.

Part of the delay was the maker learning how to make nested liners and part was me for a minor change in the hole location.

Hi AM,

Alan, (our BaliYo master) is an expert in making posters in-house. If we can get 5 of you to commit, he might be able to do a short run. It might cost you $25 (about break even with the shipping tube), but we might be able to pull it off.
