Rock Mountain Skinner II

This is a larger version of my original RMS skinner/caper knife. The blade above is multi-edge quenched 5160 high carbon steel, 4 3/4" in length with a hand-rubbed finish. The overall length is 10". The guard and stippled pommel are nickle-silver. The handle is stabilized African Kudu horn bone with a throat of green stabilized Box Elder Burl wood and black/nickle-silver spacers. The tooled leather blade sheath, by Tess, has a 17th century dragon carving.
