Hi guys, here are 4 pairs of manzanita scales for you to look over. Some of you may remember I posted some thick pieces a while back...about an inch in thickness by 5ish or so. Have been trying to cut a few more but it ain't easy finding manzanita that thick with few flaws....in fact, pretty near impossible. : ( But....I was in the shop and a little chunk caught my eye.....next thing I knew were the thin pieces below. All from the same piece, good color and solid. I left the natural edge so you might be able to get a couple pair out of one set depending on what you're making. I didn't take pics of the opposite side as it looks a whole lot like the front.... go figure. Pics taken in full sun with water.
