Rockb's old growth redwood burl......the really hard stuff

Hi Guys, here's some old growth redwood burl for you to look over. If you have a piece of old growth and second growth in your hand, you can definitely tell the difference. The old stuff "clinks" and the second growth "clunks" when you tap 'em together. ; ) I love turrning this type wood, it carves rather than tears like the second growth tends to do if tools aren't really sharp.

You can see the two long ones are bookmatched.....might be a good opportunity to make a set of....er....something. Pics are of both sides, only one "dry" pic, both sides wet. You'll like 'em....if not, full $$ back guarantee. Have never had a piece returned before but the offer's out there.
