Just wanted to let you all know about my positive experience with Rocket City Knives. I placed an order with them about a week and a half ago. I received an e-mail from Scott earlier today to make sure that I received the order and that I was happy about with purchase. In my response, I let him know that I was indeed happy and asked if he might be getting some knives that I was interested in. He said that he should be receiving a shipment but didn't have any at the moment. A while later, he e-mailed me back and let me know that a competitor had the knife in stock. How's that for customer service?
