I've got a hand full of nice Bowies and Chef knives ready for Blade, but I wanted to have a good stock of knives on hand so I started this batch yesterday.
16 Brut de Forge blades,
4" +/- Blade length:
2 Wharncliff style
3 Clip point
4 Drop point
6" Blade length
1 Re-Curve
3 fighter
8" Blade Length
1 Re-Curve
2 Fighters
Here they are rough forged to shape and started grinding
all the rough grinding is done and I've hollow ground and tapered the tang
You know your kickin butt when your dip/spark bucket is steaming :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
Post HT and finish ground up to 220 on the Disc Grinder
crappy pic I know but my shoulders hurt from polishing
Just finished Hand rubbing all of them, I'll start handles tomorrow.
