We've just added the SHUN-ZDP and RYO H-ZDP folders by Rockstead to KnifeCenter for pre-order. These innovative, creative designs will feature Rockstead's mirror polish blades, high end materials and master craftsmanship. Rocksteads are considered to be among the sharpest knives available today and are known to keep an edge for 2-3 years with normal use. The SHUN is price at $2,095 while the RYO is priced at $1,810. The earliest pre-orders are expected to start shipping in August of 2015. You're not charged until your order fills and is ready to ship.
