Went to blade show and bought a Rockstead Higo from Mr. Hiroshi Hanada. He is the owner and guy you see on you tube cutting bamboo. He is a super nice guy and gave me a great deal. Was a few hundred less that what they sell for online.

Hiroshi isn't the owner of Rockstead, he just works there. He is one heck of a nice guy though and he does chop a lot of bamboo at shows!

Well I've known Hiroshi for many years and he is an employee of the company not the owner. Next time yu see him, ask him or look at his business card. The main business of the parent company is making farming equipment, knives are just a sideline.
