Rocky S2V combat boots 9.5

These boots are in basicly new condition I bought them and they were a little small for me but came with a raincoat that I kept so I never returned them. I wore them 1 day trying to see if they would stretch and fit but nope. They have a little dirt on them but otherwise perfect. Size 9.5 run a little small compared to other brands.
