I bought this recently off the exchange, previous owner scraped a small section of coating off of part of the spine to strike a firesteel but apparently never touched the edge and neither did I. I wanted to compare it to my older HRLM, a very similar knife that it turns out I prefer. I drilled an additional hole in the sheath to accept my extension which is more versatile and angle as well as height-adjustable, Tek-Lok compatible. The knife now rides comfortably at your side without poking you in the ribs
A great knife from a great company with a great warranty and a great sheath besides. :thumbup: New from the Swamp would cost ~$145 without a sheath like this that would be ~$50+ = $195. It's yours for $160 USD. Let me know if you prefer right- or left-hand carry.
