Rodent Solution different thickness?

Are there different thickness on the Rodent Solution from batch to batch?

Possibly. I haven't noticed it but Ive had ratmandu's range from about .200 all the way down to .170.

Here's what I have as an example.
I ordered this on the first release so it has to be close to the first batch of RS - tan/sage - .183 blade .685 handle
Show special - Orange G10/black - .180 blade .685 handle
latest release -black/black - .198 blade .722 handle

Yes their models do vary in thickness over a long production period.

So how are you making your sheaths fit correctly?

I had to buy one of new ones when the RMD's changed thicknesses from the first ones to the latest ones.

Have not run into this RS problem yet ?

I buy multiples, multiple times throughout the production period...OR, have them send it for a perfect fit

Azwelke,the last sheath I got from you barely fit the latest iteration of the rodent solution. He is using it, but I have Glockcrazz making a new one.

I'm happy with the sheath and knives. its all good!

I can only imagine the trouble it causes our sheath makers. I have a lot of doubles of knives and they all fit my sheaths a little different. If you wanna be sure of a perfect fit every time sending your knife is the best option.
