It seemed to be between 15 and 25 degrees factory sharpened, it varied across the edge on both the knives i got. I reprofiled one to 15 degrees per side and another at 20, the 15 is stupid sharp, but the 20 cuts everything id ever need to use it for perfectly fine, so i'll probably reprofile the 15 back to 20 next time it needs a good sharpening
