I've had this knife just sitting around for a while so I decided to find out information on it and I cleaned it up (Disassembled and Cleaned).
The knife has a bone grip with four visible pins on each face, not including the pin that would hold the blades in on the binding.
One binding holds the Bone grip and brass liner together, binding looks rectangle shaped, Binding starts like a U curve then has a 45 degree and toward the two blades. The number 32 is etched inside the brass liner.
There are two blades on the knife. The knife overall looks pretty old, was tarnished a bit until i cleaned it up.
Knife is now in a good condition. Looked up information on this knife but could only find knives that looked
similar.
Reading off all markings on the blades:
Larger Blade - J.Rodgers&Sons (Along the Top) No6 Norfolks St Sheffield (On the Bottom) Star and Cross Logo
on other side.
Smaller Blade - Rodgers Cutlers To Her Majesty (On the Bottom)
The Larger blade looks more for Cutting than for Stabbing, and the Smaller blade looks like it was made for
Stabbing and Cutting.
Hope my information helps.
I can find absolutely no information about this knife anywhere, I need some help. I spent 3 hours looking at
tons of J.Rodgers knives and came close.
Looking for information and a price maybe.
Can provide pictures if neccesary.
Closest Picture:
Binding is different, grip is a slightly bit different, there are 4 pins on the grip, 1 on the binding. Blade marking are probably different and in different spots. Both blades are a bit thinner and longer than in the picture, they are that shape though.
