The blade is completed with 3 fullers on each side of the blade. With full integral construction, the handle is forged with double horizontal tang, made of 3 interrupted twist bars on each side. The handle is assembled with a dark rosewood handle, and finished with filework on the bolster area and persian ears on the butt. Astonishing is the word I have to use. Rodrigo is just doing more and more amazing work.

Not crazy about the style, however from an execution standpoint it's off the charts.

Good photo too. Who's the photographer?

He is so talented! I wish I could make an integral as good as him. That handle is insane. love it.

I can't really add more then has been said, I really like the handle though

I agree that this is a stunning piece.

I love the historical yataghan, and this piece is very far from the real stuff, but the design stands on its own, and the execution is incredible. I'd be proud to own this work. Anyone pulled the trigger on Rodrigo's email?

For that pricetag I would have had if I hadn't that much incoming steel already.
