Roger@Knifeworks

 OP for showing good integrity :)

As for knifeworks, they're an excellent place. I ordered something last friday night at 11:30pm, I got a shipping notification at 8:30am Saturday morning, and it's already here.

Wow.

OHMYGOD>>>>>>>>OHMYGOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Say it ain't SO Jeff. I have two Randalls on long term order!!

:D :D Yep, since they are not readily available to ship all companies have decided to discontinue every knife not on the shelves. Sorry. :D

Knifeworks is one of the top knife dealers in the US. Great prices, fast shipping. I always look there first. I'm sure he appreciates your honesty.

There was no Whole Wheat bread or Cinnamon Raisin bagels at the grocery store a few minutes ago.. ... ....

I fear they have discontinued those items also....... :(

Good job sir. Honesty is always the best policy.

I have boought lots of knives from Roger at Knifeworks. Great service and great prices. I will buy again.

I realize that there are a LOT of dealers out there. I am certain that many of them are good guys.

For some time now, Roger has been my 'go to dealer'. Some time back, I needed a knife sent in a big hurry to Iraq. Roger asked for the Soldier's name and APO, and Roger sent the knife to the lad at his expense.
That alone made me a customer for life. The fact that he has what I want, in stock, ships same day, has very competitive rates and prices, and is just a working 'good ole boy' like me, makes it difficult for me to order anywhere else.

Now I don't want to talk out of school, but Roger has had the need of a prayer or two, for his health lately. Keep that in mind, if you are so inclined.

I don't know anything about Roger's situation, but thanks for bringing this to our attention. Prayer sent & more will follow.

Glad to hear someone is doing the right thing. Too many people would have kept the extra one and said nothing.

I'm with Jeff on this one. It's nice to log into the forum and hear from a few folks who have some integrity.

Class act trailhopper, thanks for sharing and posting.

As far as Roger, I have been dealing with him since what is now known simply as "Knife Works" was named Bayou Lafourche.

A better man to deal with than Roger, you will not find.....
;)

I wondered what happened to Bayou Lafourche Knives and now I know.

Columbia is a long way from there.
:)

It is nice to hear about an honest transaction.. I spoke with Roger for the first time yesterday and I was very pleased with our conversation. I look forward to do ing business with him in the future as soon as he receives some stock that is now discontinued from ESEE :D :p :p

Kudos to the OP

Roger and Knifeworks have always done right by me.

It was nice of him to send a shipping label. I have had many retailers and manufacturers expect me to return mistaken orders and extra product on my dime. It is expensive enough to pay for my own mistakes, let alone paying for theirs.

Roger and Knife Works are great!! I've gotten an Izula, RC-3 and ESEE-6 from Roger.

Yep, that's the story TT; Bayou Lafourche transformed into what we now know and love as Knife Works.

I always kinda miss the Bayou Lafourche name, I thought it was cool. ;)

??????

I get the Junior Samples BR549 number but not sure how it relates and why buying a BM from Roger is the only logical choice?

Its a coupon code takes off $50 bucks on BM over$ 200 and $30 for under$ 150 and that's off already sale price numbers<<<<before I get jumped on that's not exact numbers ,general and doesn't include KW exclusives(most of the time )
