Rogue Warrior

Hi Dirk, that be me(1990).
Anybody else heat this story. I remember reading that either the SEALs or another military group had approached Phill Hartsfeld about knives because they liked his tanto style. They wanted folders and since he didn't make any, Phill is the one who reccommended Ernie to them originally. Can anyone confirm this story? Thanks,Dave

Its been reliably reported to Rumor Control that a Rogue Warrior has been sold between Suspects, and that the price sets a new high water mark for fixed blades. Not being a party to the transaction, I can't confirm/deny the report.

Eeeewwwwwwwweeee...Pagan Idolatry in the Edged Weapons/SpecOps World?

Say it ain't so...

Very correct, these people are just Men, mere mortals and not like us. COUGH COUGH...HACK...PA-TOOEY.

Let's see, we have those that need a Flea Dip, those that need to drink the Grape Kool-Aid (Jim Jones Industries ©1979) and next?

Maybe those Heaven's Gate people will lead the way with Cayenne Pepper Enemas, Nikes and the Barbiturate-Laced Applesauce.

Man, these people ruin everything...soft drinks and invalid food.

Usual Suspect, tongue planted firmly in cheek.

And the same goes for a knife...

I am a interested 3rd party that was made aware of the sale, and could fill in parts of the story such as confirming the price and selling dealer, however I will wait and let the parties themselves publish what they may about the transaction.

Even though a new "high water Benchmark" may have been set I'm not expecting a "flood" of fixed blades to hit the market unfortunately!

See2: I'm glad I decided to wait until morning to respond to your post! Thankfully, I've come to realize that even though you called me by name in your post, I now realize that you were simply responding to the "ramblings" of a mad man, possibly a dose short on his present medication.

To get the full effect of the intellect that spews from Mr. Rearic one really must challenge him in the Chat room. As to exactly what he was saying and aluding to in his above post, I thought that it was perfectly clear! (I think my tongue is somewhere in my cheek).

LOL - sorry 'bout that - having two people with the same name posting one above the other CAN be a bit confusing. From now on, if it happens again, I'll call YOU "Sniper", and Don "Dennis Miller" (for his ability to rant, of course!)

Don "Sniper308" is absolutely correct. You really have to chat live with Don "Rickles" Rearic to really appreciate his sense of humor.
