I'm very proud of this knife, I finished it this morning. In my mind this is the perfect EveryChore Chef Knife.

Steel: AEB-L Stainless
Hardness: 62 HRC
Overall Length: 12 3/4"
Cutting Edge Length: 8"
Width*: 2" at the Heal of the blade
Spine Thickness: .097"
¼ Back from the Edge: .023"
Edge Thickness: .005"
Finish: 400Grit Satin Finish
Grind: Full Flat Grind
Spine is smooth and rounded
HANDLE:
Tapered Tang
Finish: 2000Grit Mirror Polished
Material: WIAC Iron wood w/ White G10 Liners

Comes in a zippered padded case
