I'm dropping the price on a few of the knives I have for sale so I can work on some newer ones. These are priced fairly well in my opinion. This is a sorts of traditional Japanese "Sujihiki" style knife.
BLADE:
Steel: AEB-L
Hardness: 62HRC
Overall Length: 15 1/4"
Cutting Edge Length: 10 1/8"
Width*: 1 5/8"
Spine Thickness: .105"
¼ Back from the Edge: .030"
Edge Thickness: .010"
Finish: 220 Grit hand sanded(user grade finish)
Grind: Full Flat Grind
Spine is smooth and rounded
HANDLE:
Finish: 2000 Grit buffed
Material: WIAC Eavnwood w/ White G10 liners and Micarta
Pins: 1/4" Micarta Pins
Tapered Tang
