Just completed a glass smooth transaction with RokJok and I could not have asked for anything to go easier. I accidentally sent him money for shipping (that he had agreed to pay for) and he was an absolute gentleman and returned the money promptly. Allow me to say for the record that both Matthew and Marcelo provided the sort of seamless transactions that makes associating and dealing with knife knuts in general, and the members of BFC in particular, such a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Both were prompt and conscientious with their emails, sending payment, returning news of the package's arrival, and their appraisals of the knives they received. They both impressed me as solid citizens of the community.
