I recently concluded a purchase from RokJok, of a Busse Basic 5 leather sheath. I liked the sheath so much I put up an ad under the "Knives Wanted" forum here, offering to buy another. (still looking for more, by the way)
When he saw my "wanted" thread, Greg (RokJok) was concerned that I wasn't happy with the one he had sold me, so he emailed me and offered to take it back or try to find me another one. To me that's above and beyond the call, and is consistent with my past dealings with the man.
He's a solid trader, and a man who takes the satisfaction of his trading partners very seriously.
