9. Robert Beillonnet Yssingeaux, full mammoth scales, and the coolest locking system I ever used ("à bascule"). The knife opens like a normal slipjoint, locks in place, and to close it you just need to toggle the end piece at the end of the handle. You can see how it works below.....$1000

What are the specs of the Beillonnet?
Pretty sure the dimensions are as follows, but i will check when i get home tonight.

blade: 3.5 inches
handle: a hair over 4 inches
overall: 192mm: slightly longer than 7.5 inches

RWL 34 steel
