NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR SALE
Ron Best's dagger-style folder with Mike Norris' 3 1/2" stainless damascus blade. Frame of 416 stainless steel, overall open length a hair over 8".
Ron does all of his carving with files and sandpaper, does his own heat treating and does not use any automated milling machines, much in the manner of the great Wolfe Loerchner, one of his knifemaker idols.
He is a two time winner of the prestigious W.W. Cronk Award in 2007 and 2008 whose work has already been featured in Blade Magazine and other important knife world publications.
Black Jade interframe inlays. Made in March, 2010.
This was taken in trade - I may change my mind and keep it, since it's so perfect a folder, just gorgeous!
$0000 incl shipping (CONUS). Email inquiries to rbetznerr@sbcglobal.net.
