Ron Newton, Master Smith, folding bowie featuring Newton's pattern damascus. 9 3/8" OAL with a 4 3/16" blade. Front lock back design. Presentation mastodon bark ivory scales and coin filed liners all around. Sterling silver bolsters and caps fashioned by Mr. Newton. The knife is totally sole authored and is in mint, as from the maker, condition. I'm in need of funds or this one would never be on the block. I'm offering this beautiful knife for approximately half what I paid. $1500, OBO. Paypal please and no trades.

This is a lock back, not a slip joint. I believe this dates to the late '90's although the design dates to about 1850.
