This was made up for a single blade 4-1/8" trapper style slipjoint knife,its a grade 1 nice semi heavy oiled leather,very well made. I'm sure it will accomodate most 2 bladers in the 4" range as well.Carried four or five times,if that,near new cond,Adjustable belt loop
