Ronnie's G11 1095 Ouparator frame lock

I will do it right now! Perhaps on my next knife I order from you I will go with the satin finish. This is wonderfull service. I will email you my address.

Well, I'm calling this one done. I think its in pretty good shape Ron. Some of these thicker models have broken in later to stick though so you may need to use the pencil trick I talked about at least for a time. If it gets too hard to close though I am easy to reach. I can never predict real well how it will do after use. Some, thankfully the majority work out and become just fine while others the rare few need an additional tweak now and then.

Right now its working fine for me but you are the final judge.

Here are some quick shots but it seems dark since the blade is black now.

Hope these show up. I've printed my label and have it addressed and paid for to mail so hopefully since you are just a hop away down in Waco you'll see this Monday.

We'll see. Thanks for the order and interest in my forum.

Oh, and I might also add that if you want any of the pictures in this thread to save them to your hard drive. I am only allotted so much in storage space and will eventually have to remove many of them down the road to make room for new jobs.

Oh MY GOD IT LOOKS FANTASTIC! I cannot wait to get it. I love the look of the G11. In the sunlight it has a kind of amber tint maybe like some old yellow handles I have seen on some case slip joint knives in years gone by. Thank you so much! I am sure I will need another of your Ouparators down the line as my money allows. I will let you know as soon as receive the knife.

Steve, I got the knife yesterday!. I LOVE IT! THE G11 IS FABULOUS AND THE LOCK UP IS TERRIFIC WITH NO PLAY UP AND DOWN OR SIDE TO SIDE! I LOVE THE BLADE BECAUSE IT IS NICE AND THIN AND IS SHARP AND SO LIGHT! I do love the Wharncliffe blade and I am glad I got the blued blade. I apologize for not letting you know I got the knife yesterday. Had some things going on and I also wanted to play with the knife. Thank you my friend it is a very nice knife. I do love the color of the G11! All the best! I am completely satisfied, actually more than that I am amazed at the quality!

Steve, I was emptying the box out when I noticed the Lanyard. Thanks a lot. I meant to ask for one. how would I attach it to my knife? Thanks so much my friend!

Oh yeah the lanyard. That was an afterthought right before shipping it out. I forgot to mention it.

I would use a smaller diameter torx and simply work the loop in through the lanyard hole or you can cut it in half and then melt both ends at the same time with a lighter and once one end is hard you work it through by itself and once done remelt the ends and stick them back together holding them until they set up. Then its pretty simple to sand or manipulate the bubble that forms from the joining so that it too can fit in the hole to center it up. I've seen it done several ways.

I am glad you got your knife with no problems and even happier that you are pleased with it. If it ever gives you any trouble I am fairly easy to reach. They tend to get better with age and use so I'd just say put her to work and the rest will fall in place.

Its been a pleasure meeting you and thanks for the interest in one of my folders.

Man, I love this low rider clip. Carries great and very easy to unclip. I prefer IWB carry so it is not so obvious that I am carrying a knife. Thanks to the loons of this world who thinks anyone who carries a knife is a homicidal maniac. This is one FINE design.
