A google search gave no relevant results, but I think it's reasonable to suspect that the East Side Game Club is/was a cockfighting ring.
They probably wouldn't put their name on anything today, since it's now illegal in every state. Any idea how old that knife is? 1970s?

"Game Club" was a standard prefix of most pits (slang name for the establishments), as they are "Game fowl". Speeding is illegal in every state as well, but both are still practiced with regularity.
