Great Customer Service! Just want to take a minute and share my experience with Rosecraft. I purchased a knife from Rosecraft at Blade show in Atlanta this past June. About a month after the show I found a problem with my purchase. Partly my fault that it took so long to find. I made a phone call to Rosecraft and then exchanged a couple of emails to work out the details and they corrected the problem. They were nothing but helpful and professional through the entire process. I am not going into detail of the exact problem as that is not what I want to focus on. They make a good knife at the price point and I will purchase more of their knives going forward. I also will gladly recommend them to others also.
