I have wanted an all Steel and no Brass Stag handled knife for an EDC for a long time . I had no idea that these would come with Integral Bolsters as well . They are what I expected for Quality but the Gunstock will have to get a little Sharp Edge Sanding done to it .

Hi Harry - IMHO I got lucky with mine, and the Gunstock surprised me with how much I ended up liking it.

Posting has slowed down again for me, Dec thru Mar & Apr have a lot of doc visits, bloodwork, tests, scans, and biopsies plus the time-consuming and aggravating task of dealing with insurance to ensure all the pre-authorization paperwork is proper so I don't get a surprise bill. Plus the internet as a whole is getting more and more irrelevant to me as it's becoming more infested with bots and AI, data mining of everything 24/7, and increasingly too much agenda-driven doom/ gloom/ fear/ divisiveness/ hatred. I'm spending more time outside, talking with family and friends, reading, listening to music... better for my health.

Good to hear from you again Gordon . Sorry to hear that you are getting slowed down and having to have so many tests done . I guess that is just part of Gracefully Growing Old . I have not seen much of the Gracefully myself .Take care my friend .

I'm not in the gracefully camp either, I'm happy each day I wake up and can do for myself. 🤣 Harry, I hope you and yours have a great and safe Christmas. And to all the porchsters as well, have a safe and happy holiday season.

My RoseCraft family holiday snapshot. Favorites are the Buffalo River Jacks and Gunstocks, followed by the Teardrop and single-blade Peanuts. I don't think I'd miss the remainder if I were to let them go.
