I really enjoy the Elk River. For the work I do, the sheepsfoot/Wharcliff/tanto blades are really useful. It's also one of the smaller Rosecrafts. That isn't good or bad to me. If I'm cutting a lot of cardboard, I like a bigger knife so I have more to hold on to. I carry at least two knives every day. If it's a cardboard day I'll have a big one. The nice thing about this one being small is that it can go in the fifth pocked, or in a slip in a pcoket with some other things. If I were wearing slack, the Elk River is small enough so that it won't impact how they look.Nice collection.
That elk river and the bottom one are 2 i want to get for my collection![]()
By the bottom one, do you mean the one under the Elk River? That is thje Tuckahoe Jack. I love that one at well. A bit on the smaller side, so great for when I would like a smaller one. It's also extremely handsome. Folks will notice it when they see it in your hqand.
