Pretty sure I'm gonna regret the heck out of this, but I have to raise some funds. These are the mainstays of my Nordic knife collection. I've put them at very reasonable prices.
Roselli 7" Leuku- Famed high quality Roselli knife here. From Ragweed Forge, "The leuku is the camp knife is of the Saami (Laplander) people. It's used for everything from building shelters and gathering firewood to butchering reindeer. This one has over 7" of blade and 5" of handle. The blade is a heavy 3/16" (.2" or 5 mm) thick, 1 3/8" wide, with the balance forward for efficient chopping. The knife and sheath weight just under a pound." I did apply coats of Linseed oil to the sheath (giving it a richer color) and sealed it with Ren Wax. Mint condition, never used or carried.
Asking $135....$125...SOLD!!!.
Paypal preferred.
No trades please.
Roselli UHC Carpenter's knife - Another cult favorite amongst Nordic knife aficionados. Ultra High Carbon steel that is really, really sharp. Seriously, the sharpest knife I own and a superb do-all utility. It has been carried and used and stropped. Holds a fantastic edge. I gave it a little character by wood-burning a bear paw into the butt. I sealed the sheath with Ren Wax. I'm kinda hoping this doesn't sell.
7 5/8" Overall, 3 1/4" blade.
SOLD!
Iisakki Järvenpää Aito Puukko - Another classic. Birch bark stacked handles. Used and sharpened. Loads of character. I swapped out the sucky sheath for this way better one. Blade is wicked sharp, like I like 'em. 3 1/4" blade, 7 1/2" OAL.
SOLD!
