I picked these up maybe 4-5 years ago and I just don't carry them anymore. They have both been used and the ball point shows a few pocket marks and some light scratches on the clip. The ballpoint comes with the large padded case, box, papers, and all the refills I have I think there is a blue refil in there currently. The lava finish on the pencil seems less gritty than I remember but I could be mistaken. This also has been carried, comes with the box.
