Rough and Delicate

The fixed blade I'd grab would be my EDC made by Nathan Carothers, which I do often carry in my work bag anyways but hard to put on the belt all the time.

What does that little fixed blade have? About a 3 inch blade? Make yourself a little pocket sheath and carry it in your pocket. Then you don't need to put it on your belt. I recommend the left front pocket. Keeps it out of the way if you are right handed, but easy enough to get when you need it.

O.B.

The Carothers EDC is, IMO, a bit bulky for convenient pocket carry; but that's more due to width and thickness than length. That isn't to say that I don't sometimes do it, though.
Here's a picture, with some fairly comparably sized knives that I find better suited to the pocket

The knife I grab for the rough stuff - the one I'm not worried about damaging - is my MBB M-8...pictured here with my "delicate duty" knife (my preciousss).

Admittedly, the Northwoods Hawthorne lives in its pocket sheath, in my desk drawer...and I have never carried or used it; so I probably shouldn't have included it in this thread. Instead, I present an actual delicate duty knife - my GEC 62, in birds eye maple. I carry this one primarily on formal occasions (weddings, etc)

Yep, that's where it rides, left front pocket and it does ok there, just not has handy as the belt access.

You know, instead of resurrecting a dead thread, you could buy a membership and send him a PM. Just my 2 cents.

If you want a knife in Z wear and can't find them anywhere, try hitting up a custom maker who deals in small batches of niche steel types. Somebody like Big Brown Bear, Shawn will make it for you if you let him know and jump on his waiting list.

It really isn't appropriate for you to be doing this in a discussion thread...so, if it will get you to stop, I've seen every one of your wanted ads. I didn't offer to sell it to you because A) you didn't provide contact information, and B) you specified the steels you want, and the pictured knife is neither of them, and C) at the time, I wasn't particularly interested in selling.

*Edited to change wording because I did respond to one of your WTB ads, just not with an offer.

you are more worried about where i can and cannot say things, and focused on looking for " mistakes" im making.i didnt realize i needed to leave contact information ,seeing as how you contacted me by replying to this post.im just trying every option to buy a knife i want.i looking for help, not to be policed.

there is clearly a picture on a mbb m8 in the thread i commented in here, scroll a bit and you will see that you posted the pic yourself, thats how i found this post to begin with.will you sell it or not?
