Hey guys- here is a group that is a few stages ahead of the last group. These are taken to the point that I take blades before heat-treat.
The blades have been surface ground, profiles cleaned up, and bevels rough ground to 60X. They have been thermal cycled in the salt bath and are ready for clay hardening (if you so choose..... and you should because they're W1 and W2
LOL). Except for the last two which are already heat-treated.

This was an order where the client fell through, so it just sat in the drawer. It's been clay hardened, finish ground, sanded to 320X and the 416 stainless steel guard has been fit. It was damn near finished... but unfortunately the tip got some rust on it, and it needs to be taken care of. Personally I'd use stones, but a quick trip to the grinder and some sand paper would get rid of it too. I no longer have any desire to finish it, so I'll put it up here. $120 +shipping
