A lot of the old barlows and jack knives had rounded handles.
It seems like some of the EKA knives from Sweden have rounded handles, but I've only seen them in pictures.
Scandinavian barrel knives have rounded handles, but they seem to be pretty rare.
Some of the thinner red-handled saks feel roundish, but not very hand-filling.
The Cold Steel pocket bushman has sort of rounded handles.
