I guess they still are... I was mistaken by the way the website said it was a RYP... I have been corrected by someone who knows what they are talking about

The HEST had always been made by Rowen and distributed by ESEE. Now that DPx is on its own, we don't know who will make the HEST for them. Patience, patience.
