Roxon has 3 "Gun Tool" Implements that I cannot figure out what they might be used on. The description is vague, not mentioning any specific firearm. There is a mention of scraping off carbon. any idea with Guns they are used on?
.223/5,56 mm NATO M-15/M16 & related? The .308 version & AK's?
The "Alpha" looks like it MIGHT be for break-open shotguns, and pump guns with a removeable barrel, such as the Mossberg 500/590 and Remington 1100 semi-auto and the 870? (though I question the need for one for the shotguns ... in my 40+ years of using them, I never had an issue of carbon buildup in the chamber or the bolt/receiver face.)
I am sure one is for the M-15/16 ... they were well known for carbon build up ... among other things ... at least the ones used up through Desert Storm ... I am not sure about the later interations like the M-4.
The select fire M-16-A1 the Army Reserves had me use was a carbon collecting fiend.
My GUESS is the more popular so called "Assault Weapons".
It is almost like for political reasons it is like Harry Potter and “he who must not be named.” I have tools for M-1 Garands, M-14, M-16, and nothing looks like these Roxon Implements.
