Roxon listens

There is one big thing I like about Roxon. They listen and communicate with their customers. In the Roxon pages on Facebook and YouTube, they monitor what is being discussed and answer. This is seen in the Flex Modular and Flex Companion implements. The facilitators on YouTube often show off prototype tools and preview new multi-tools from Roxon. They always mention that Roxon is reacting to suggestions from Roxon users. Roxon has 2 BBQ multi-tools. I have both of them. Roxon posted a YouTube video about the larger of the 2 sets. I commented that I have both sets, very much liked both, and asked if they could somehow add a serving spoon. Roxon answered and said they would look into doing just that.
