Howard has it right. "Royal Kamis" abound and even Bill laughed when he told me how many claims to the title there were. I also understand that if you once worked in a Royal Armoury you could claim title. The other problem is that they were mostly refered to as "Lohar Mijhar" (headman among ironsmiths)

All the indig sites I visited called smiths "lohars."
 
This appears to be a case of a rather plain looking Khuk wrapped in a quasi Kothimoda cover; rather like decorating the bag your groceries come in.....
Caveat emptor. :D
