I do not want to start another battle. I received the knife and within 3 days the knife developed 6 cracks in the handle. I sent it back per Jason's (super mod) suggestion. He states he is in Idaho and Pakistan. I contacted Paypal asking for an address to return it. The address is in Kuwait. I emailed him 5 times with no response after two weeks. As I stated in my last thread he is a liar and a thief just as I subspected. He also has 3 names he uses and his company is a furniture store per Paypal. And he left me negative feedback?

If anyone has a comment please feel free to send me a PM.

File a Paypal claim, if the item is defective and not as described then that will take care of it. As far as the negative feedback, you can try reporting it via the feedback page. Spark is the only one that can modify feedback scores.
 
Please read my post. I did send it back and I have contacted Paypal. That's where I got the address.
 
He was sent an infraction already, with a link to your thread. I did read your post, by the way. :confused:

Wasn't this the fella that was banned when he wouldn't upgrade his membership to Dealer after being instructed to do so by a Moderator?
 
No he has not been banned, he is still listed as a knife maker. As for his claims of making his blades to a RC of 58-59, the sample I sent to Richard j turned out to be an RC of 52. It would not hold an edge but sharpened up fast. The package I received was from Boise, but return address was MY Elk Call. com. Is this guy selling junk, yes. Is he using his language difference to his advantage, yes. Would I buy another of his knives, NO! Buyer beware of this guy. PS: what ever became of his pass around knife?

Was Richard J. the one who also tested what the steel of his knives were? I've been wondering what the results of his tests were. I'm not surprised to hear that the HRC is that low though. Mark of a guy who peddles knives based on words and not the merit of the knives.

He didn't get banned, but it appears that he is well on his way with this kind of ethic. I seriously doubt 99% of their claims anyhow. I would like to see the results of the testing on the knife woodysone bought.
 
Richard J has it, the Rc hardness test came back at 52 and the steel analysis was going to be done by someone else. I will be in contact with Richard this week and see how it is going. Keep in mind that R@R claimed that he was selling blades with a hardness of 58-59 so do we have a claim for being different?

Wooh there, a little more humility might prove beneficial when conversing with RevDevil. He really does his best to help us out on BFC.
 
I have to be honest and say it's hard to really have any sympathy for you here. What exactly were you expecting to get or have happen ? You knew the knife was going to be garbage but you bought it any way. It seems you only bought the knife with the intention to prove it was junk given you knew full well what RR was selling and that he was of, at best, questionable intent and morals. What is it they say again ?...you made your bed so lie in it....etc. etc.

No doubt. I agree the mods do well. I just don't like being doubted by anyone. If I say it, it's true.

BAD KARMA= Feedback rating score of 93.8%! If you behave, you just might be able to get that score up to a respectable 97-98% in a year or so...

BTW Mods- this jerk was disrespectful to you guys the last go around, & now he expects a favor from the Super Mod...his twisted, distorted mindset, is what intentionally got himself in this mess. in the first place.

I insinuated nothing and made a pure and simple open statement. It was as clear as day from the get-go with that guy that any interaction with him was going range from some what negative to purely disastrous.... You also didn't answer my question.

What exactly were you expecting from Mr. RR ?....
