I recently did a trade plus cash for an otf. The knife had a malfunction and without question RSW sent back my trade and cash, is getting the knife fixed and offered to send it back after with the manufacturer info.
I can't say enough about what a relief it is to make a deal, have an issue and have the other person involved make things 100% right with no questions asked.
I highly respect and would do business without any doubts in my mind with RSW. Good as GOLD.
