Gentlemen,

I have two Ruana Bowies. Both have given outstanding service over the years and show the use.

I would like to get another sheath for the smaller stock (not customized one) knife and the literature has gotten lost during moves over the years.

Are they still in Montana? Anyone know any contact (phone, address, email, etc.) information?

I am also a Fan of Ruana Knives, with Old RH Bowies at the top of the list. Below is the email for Mike Hangas who takes care of the business end of the operation. There is not a nicer fellow to deal with either.

Gentlemen,

I appreciate the quick replies. I have been using the Ruanas since 1982 when a GySgt. showed me his. It just semed to work better than my other more expensive custom knife. I ordered a standard small bowie that just plain works.

The second was ordered in 86 as a custom chopper when the CG forbid hatchets etc. Basically 9 1/2" long, 3/8" thick, 3 3/4" straight clip (for cutting comm wire, etc.) and a slight down angle form handle to blade.
