The first blade is a big chopper called a nata. For those of you unfamiliar with this blade, it features a thick blade with a chisel grind, and functions like a compact hand hatchet. Great for chopping just about anything, the chisel grind also helps your cuts to stay straighter and takes a razor sharp edge.

The second is a slim bird and trout, great slicer. The handle has a leather wrap that can be easily torn down and replaced if the blade gets bloody or anything like that. Perfect for fine slicing and other delicate cuts.
