So, I sold a Smith & Wesson 500 (.50 cal), and I have some boxes of ammo that were not part of the sale.

What are the restrictions on selling it to a store or selling it to someone online, if any?

If there are no restrictions, is anyone interested?

You should check out some online ammo suppliers (Cheaper Than Dirt, etc.) and see what they have for restrictions... I know that some places (cities and counties) completely prohibit online ammo sales.

Here's a list of restrictions I found online:

llinois We must have a copy of your FOID and State ID on file
Chicago, IL No Ammo without a FFL
Cook County, IL No Ammo without a FFL
Los Angeles, CA No Ammo without a FFL
Massachusetts (Statewide) No Ammo
New York City, NY No Ammo
Oakland, CA No Ammo without a FFL
San Francisco, CA No Ammo without a FFL
Sacramento, CA No Ammo without a FFL
Washington D.C. No Ammo

dustyzz - Thanks for the tip!

You have to ship UPS ground. It is the only carrier service left for shipping anything needing an orm-d tag.
