Does some zombie come into your room at 3AM to draw blood? He did the last time I was in the hospital.

Anyway, I hope you get better and don't lose too many body parts in the process.

:grumpy:Dangit Codger hate to hear of the problems Keep yer mind right:p and the Spirits high:D and this to shall pass!!
Prayers are sent for comfort and peace!!
Listen to the Doc or yer gonna be in deeper DOO DOO!!;)

Hey! I wondered where you'd been!

Hope you get out there soon.

Can you elaborate on the tick leg thing?

I'm terribly allergic myself to the anticoagulent in ticks and leeches. Swelling, sinuses close off, sneezing itching. Leeches are the worst.

Oh, I don't mean to complain, but just felt like beyotchin. After all, I am still on the green side of the sod and plan to toss both my two-year old granddaughter and Jake out of my canoe into the river for the first time in a few weeks. That is how I taught her Mother to swim and she won swim meets for years. Mo-ti-vated she was! "Swim Fiffer, SWIM!"!!! "My little gator bait" I called her. :p

Shelby Co - 1982 - The look on our new pups face was priceless as she dove into the mighty Miss.

Then the good ol boys mentioned these;

First problem I ever had with a tick bite (but I've had hundreds of them). Got me at the back of my sock and was on for less than 12 hours. Got him all out, hair, teeth and eyeballs, lit him up, thumped him and laughed. Then half day later developed an itchy rash just off to the side of the bite site. ANtibiotic ointment onb it, but continued to spread up my calf. Itched like mad and got scratched in my sleep I guess, but no infection otherwise. Lookes like dry poison oak or maybe chiggers, but isn't. Hittng me with heavy doxy antibiotics and it is going away. Sorry fot the typing but got temp, BP, breathing treatment going on. TG for armpit thermometers!!!!

The boys there at the river made mention that there were Gars that could swallow her whole, I had no reason to doubt them.

I've heard of really big Gars.

Well, I quit 'bout 9-26-01. Price of butts kept going up, along with taxes. BETWEEN $5 TO $9 DOLLARS A PACK, DEPENDS ON WHAT U BUY. It was hard. The price and the going without. I bought by the carton. When I ran out, I was KNOT going to buy a single pack. I refused to purchase a carton (10 pks). I could knot "borrow" a cigarette,'cause I could not pay it back. I probably started in school @16 yrs. old.Now I'm 67. May-bee that helps U...

Well it isn't so much about the price in dollars directly as all the rest. Yah, I was about twelve or fourteen, driving a tractor, Camel nonfilters then Ralieghs. Then they quit making those and I switched back to Camels and Marlboros. Sticks killed my first wife last year, month from diagnosis to gone. "Mule Butts" are still $4.30 a pack here.

It is awesome to see you back here. Just awesome!
Since that is the case, you might as well hang around for a long time.
Heal quickly.

I don't plan on going anywhere for a while but home and back to work. Has anyone heard from Ken lately? How are his treatments going? Miss that guy.

Eating? Great! another subject for a disjointed drug enhanced rant!:D DOC HAS ME ON A LOW CHOLESTEROL DIET! WTFBBQ? (sorry, drug induced caplock scream syndrome :o) Daughter/co-conspiritor is assigned secret missions including Sonic, Little Debbie snacks, etc.

Thanks friends. Not a lot left but to keep faith, pray, trust and keep a good attitude. I'm working on sneaking Jake my hearing service dog in tonight. That might be pushing my luck though. Still in training at 10-11 months old, he isn't considered an ADA essential here, but I miss his funny turkey azz. He is a 65# Llewelyn Setter and too smart for his own good. :p Like his Master/Handler. :o

Sounds like you are in good spirits. :p

Good to hear from you. And ... funny, as nearly always.

But please take care. I'd like to hear from Codger for quite a few more years.

Only way I know how to be. Drove my ex's nuts. Speaking of which, my partner in crime is about due to show up with a box of fudge brownies if we can sneak them past the warden and the bulls.

I expect to be around nfor a while Jamie, but at a lower wattage. Things happen when O2 is reduced in absorbtion and less bad gas gets out. No, not flatulence.
