Got this one back from Bill this past June with some very nice stag I thought you guys might like seeing.

Well, ya, I like seeing that a lot. How about a shot of the stag on the other side?

I know Mike. I just realized that I merged two shots of the same side together. Been spendin' too much time out in the hills. I'll put the computer back to work and see if I can get a better image.

Nice one, Greg. Did you show me that one in Atlanta or were you holding out on me? ;):thumbup:

I'm hoping that Bill will be calling me soon.

I thought I showed it to ya in Atlanta Mr. Blues but then again I could have been sandbaggin' ya too !
Greg

That is truely a beautifull knife, I would consider myself very lucky to own such a knife-well done Greg, and well done to Bill.
Thank you for showing us this beaut!!

That's the Greg I know! ;):p

Either way, awesome knife. (I may have just been experiencing sensory overload at the time.)

Instead of re-shooting the first knife, I just shot it's little brother. This time with both sides of the knife visible. The 1st knife measures 4 3/8" and this guy is 3 3/4". This is the one that I would probably carry.

Ruple must burn his stag. It all looks the same. I have one that sheds a blackish residue from the scales when oiled. Nice knife; but I like regular high quality stag better.

I like the nice, gnarly stag too. Finding pieces of it that would cover the large Saddlehorn properly and match up with the smaller knife was proving to be more than just difficult. I opted for the torched stag with out any regrets.

Bill does excellent work with dyed (torched) stag imho. I've never seen a knife of yours, Greg, I wouldn't love to own myself.:cool:

The good news is that Bill showed me several sets of nice natural stag he picked up at the Blade Show. (Hopefully one set will be going on a stockman I've been harassing him about for the last couple of years. :p)

I'm sure Bill will take good care of our beloved Mr. Blues.
Greg

Maybe you can call him and remind him of that. :p

Hey Greg, while you're showing off your Ruple's any of his stock knives you can add here? I never tire of your images!

Wish I could help ya Blues but I haven't one. I have very few stockmans except for a few Fight'n Roosters and my very first store bought pocket knife.
But then who knows what the future may bring.
Greg
