Russell Green River Boning and Paring combo special. Book match cut figured maple with oil finish,Nickel pins. Blades are 1095 carbon flat ground thin

Boning is 10.5" OAL,with 6" of edge ,3/32" thick stock
Paring is 7-1/8" OAL with 3-1/2" of edge,very thin stock ,I make the handle slightly thicker because of this, for rigidity

These are great slicers and will take a keen edge,hold it well . Great slicers that'll perform.
