Carrying a Spyderco Endura 4 vg-10 for running. Now that warmer weather is approaching I will be switching to IWB carry. I plan to rinse with tap water after each run but I'm sure will forget every now and then.

Not that the vg10 needs much help but I'm planning on doing a light wipe down of either tug-glide or fluid film. What would your top pick be? Keep in mind I dont feel like breaking the knife down to get behind the liners or between the screws...

Eezox. Hands down. In my research, I haven't seen anything beat it for rust protection. Nothing came close. It's also a lube, but not the best out there. Let it dry on your steel to form a protective film.

If you are going to use the knife for food, Frog Lube looks pretty darn good.

Tuf glide, and the cloth impregnated version Tuf cloth, works awesome for rust prevention and is a dry lube as well.
