Whew!!!! It worked!!!!
Now I can join in the fun and when I find the pix I took of my 'Hawks and other sundry items I took last summer I can steer y'all to 'em.

I don't think it's too bad a pic considering it's a WebTV deal and not the best pic to start with.

Oh yea, that's a table full of HI khukuri's behind us. Taken at the khukuri khonvention in Reno.

Looks good Yvsa. When you get a chance, if you don't mind, drop me an email about the details of this scanner for the WebTV. I think I'd like one of those if it will work with my WebTV Classic.

Thanks.

Thanks Jaeger.
I think these are fairly new and you have mail.

I really enjoyed finally getting to meet my little Bro as well as several of the rest of the gang.
Everyone is the same in person as they are here..... well, except that a little more orneryness might show itself.

I am hoping that we can make the one in FL as I haven't been in that part of the country since I was 9 years old.
I Loved it there then and I can't imagine how much it might have changed.
When we lived in Palm Bay it was just a wide spot in the road, now I understand it's a good sized town.
Got a bunch of fish stories from there as well as other parts of Turtle Island, the USA.

Yvsa sent me the picture email and I kind of wondered if he'd try to post it. Glad he figured it out.

Until I saw the picture I was starting to feel like you were getting a bit fuzzy around the edges, bro. You'd be surprised how wonderful that homely face of yours looked to me.

Rusty, you and ¥vsa are two most distinguished gents I have had the pleasure to learn from..

The convention was cool.

I wonder when we will all see each other again?

And Dave is more good ( and always welcome ) company.

Careful about AOL 6 if it's anything like Netscape 6. N6 is what fouled up my computer so badly ( including my email ) I reinstalled Netscape 4.7

:
Bro this little scanner will take only 4"x6" pix. nd it doesn't have the resolution that a real scanner has, but I wouldn't mind posting a pic now and then. Terry Sisco I think uses his S-I-L's scanner, but I'm not sure.

And thanks for the nice words Harry.

Dave I haven't forgotten you. I am just getting that green chrome strop really broken in for you.

Hopefully after the weather clears off here a bit I will get off my butt and get them set out to you.
Then I have to make myself another strop for green chrome.

And Dave since you are eligible for all that vacation time maybe you can make the Florida Khonvention?
It would be really good to see you again and hoist another glass or three.
biggrin.gif

Did I tell you that finally tried some of the McCallum's Scotch Whiskey?
I haven't tried all the single malts yet, but so far the McCallum's is my favorite!!!!

Yea, I'm the guilty one.

I saw on one of the WebTV groups where AOL could see WebTV's attachments if they were the AOL 6.0.
Now if the 6.0 AOL version works like it's supposd to then I can send my kids those huge Kb pic files that take forever to load, like the ones they send me.(VBEG)
